On the most Over-Analyzed Show on Television

Want to know my thoughts on HBO's "Girls"? Of course you don't. If you have access to any Op-Ed piece, gossip column, entertainment rag, tumblr, bitter middle-aged woman, or naive young girl or gay, you've heard enough about it. Still, whether or not you think it's an accurate portrayal of the budding young woman, I would encourage you to check it out. With whip-smart dialogue, likable characters, and fascinating situations, it's entertaining television. The voice of a generation? Probably not. But any chance to get some Apatow-influenced humor on the small screen is welcomed by me.
